Get ready for the ultimate serotonin boost! BreakAway Yoga is teaming up once again with PAWS Rescue and Pooles Island Brewing Co. for a joyful morning of movement, puppies, and post-yoga pints—with a purpose.

This all-levels yoga class is designed to be approachable, playful, and fun, featuring sweet (and sometimes silly) interruptions from adorable, adoptable puppies roaming the room. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, this experience is truly about connection, laughter, and community.

✨ Even better:
A portion of every ticket sold goes directly to PAWS (Puppies Are Worth Saving) to help support their ongoing rescue, care, and adoption efforts. Your downward dogs help real dogs find loving homes. 🐾

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF:

-This event is kid friendly and we welcome kids starting at the age of 6 to come and join in on the fun with a purchase of a ticket.
-We will begin checking in guests at least 15 min. prior to the start of class and each participant will need to sign our waiver.
-Unfortunately , we can't supply yoga mats for this event but we will have a few (1st come, 1st serve) to rent! They will be $5 - cash or Venmo. If you do not have a mat, don't worry! Just grab a blanket or a beach towel to use.
-Feel free to bring any other yoga props you may want to have as well!
