Start your Sunday Funday off right in September with Pints and Poses with Colleen! Your ticket includes a 60-minute yoga class and a post-workout fun fall brew!

Grab your yoga mat and be prepared to flow to an all levels power yoga class. A creative, safe, and fun flow set to music with some core mixed in, will have you ready for savasana and saying nama'stay for the beer.

All fitness levels welcome. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat.
